Who we are

MindPM is an independent project management and development advisory practice led by Isabel Ronda.

We work alongside owners and developers from early feasibility and entitlements through design, construction, and close-out. Our approach combines engineering expertise, commercial judgment, and disciplined project controls to guide decisions, align teams, and protect our clients’ interests.

Leadership

Isabel Ronda

Founder & Project Director

Isabel is a civil engineer and project leader with more than a decade of experience across real estate development and major infrastructure in the U.S. and internationally.

She brings a broad perspective on the decisions that shape a project, connecting development strategy, design, construction, and financial performance. Her work encompasses owner’s representation, entitlement coordination, consultant leadership, procurement, and cost and schedule oversight.

Isabel founded MindPM in 2023 to give clients direct access to experienced project leadership. She works closely with owners and multidisciplinary teams to establish priorities, resolve complex issues, and maintain accountability from early planning through delivery.

Career background

Before founding MindPM, Isabel served as Senior Project Manager at Turton Bond, overseeing project and cost management for mixed-use developments in Downtown Los Angeles. Her residential experience includes three projects totaling more than 1,100 units.

Previously, she held Senior Cost Manager and Office Engineer roles with Dragados / ACS on the $1.43B SR-99 Tunnel in Seattle and the $630M LA County Effluent Outfall Tunnel. Her international experience also includes Santiago Metro, Heathrow Airport, and the Anthony Henday Drive highway P3 in Canada.
